The award-winning professional aerial dance company from London, LCP Dance Theatre is back with Escape 2, a recreation of its predecessor Escape, presented at Fringe 2016. "Modern, moving, muscular and magnificent", (MumbleDance.net). This dance theatre breaks any conventions of pole dancing and silks. Building on its work on human rights issues, Escape 2 explores the plight of refugees. LCP invites the audiences to accompany them on a challenging journey in search of refuge. The film projection and the score of a powerful music of Steffano Guzzetti enrich the contemporary dance performance. LCP was nominated for the 2014/15 Amnesty International Freedom of Expression Award.
