1 Cup of Hot Water
2 Tsp of White Sugar
1 Tsp of Salted Caramel Sauce
2 Tbsp of Creamer

Rock Salt Cream Cheese

1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp of Rock Salt
1/3 cup of heavy cream or all purpose cream
