Shephard's Pie Recipe:

16 Oz Vegan Meat
5 medium gold potatoes
4 carrots
1/4 cup peas
1 corn
1 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic

1. In pan, fry vegan meat with 1 tbsp oil.
2. In seperate pan, fry chopped onion and corn.
3. While veggies and meat are cooking boil potatoes. Once soft, mash potatoes - add butter and milk.
4. Once onion turns translucent add chopped garlic, corn, and peas.
5. Combine cooked meat and veggie mixture in an oven safe dish.
6. Place and spread out mashed potatoes on top of veggie mixture.
7. Bake in the oven at 400 Degrees F for 20 minutes.
