Ingredients
Fish Sauce Wings
2 pounds whole chicken wings (14 drummettes)
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp golden mountain seasoning sauce
1 tsp msg
Freshly ground black pepper

Flour Mix
1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 cup Sticky rice flour
½ tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt

Sauce
1/2 cup granulated sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup fish sauce
6 Bird eye chilies

Garnish with fried garlic
Garnish with cilantro leaves

Sweet and Sour Fish
1 Whole tilapia fish, scaled and gutted
Salt
Corn starch

Sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 cup yellow onion
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup Pineapple chunks
1 tbsp Granulated white sugar
1 cup Pineapple juice
1 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1-1/2 tbsp Cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
3 tbsp Lime juice

Garnish with green onions

Veggie Eggrolls
24 Eggroll wrapper
5 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp Ginger
1/2 bundle Green onions
1/2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
12 ounces green cabbage
1 ounces dried Black fungus slivers
6 ounces large carrots
6 ounces taro
1 bundles bean thread noodles
1 eggs
1/3 cup oyster sauce
Dash of Black pepper
1 tbsp Msg
