Following the Intel form our anonymous tipper (aka Ada) at the end of the previous chapter, our first group goes to the Millennium Tower.

A majority of the bioweapons we fought, as well as the psycho drive, are all here/were developed here.

Lord Raptor is here as well....and dies in the hilarious fashion he died last time, biting off more than what he can chew.

Nemesis and Ustanak are also here for the last time, but Ustanak doesn't even get a roar or anything, he just explodes.

And Bison...I'm sure at least a couple of people watched the Street Fighter 2 animated movie, double hadouken is always great, especially with a dab of Tatsumaki Senpukyaku to the face.
