I draw my bow and take a deep breath, letting the quiet of the forest settle around me. I am Edward — though cloaked in the lithe form of K’nekotein Khpein, a wandering Miqo’te bard. With the legendary Artemis Bow Nexus slung across my back, I ventured into the heart of the East Shroud to unravel a dark whisper among the trees. 🌲🎯
**Quest**: Presence of the Enemy
**Location**: Little Solace (in the East Shroud, The Black Shroud) — coordinates roughly X: 21.9, Y: 25.6 near the Hawthorne Hut.

🔍 Background & Lore
The folks of Little Solace — woodland folk who trust the Sylvan woods more than the clang of steel — have grown fearful. Their elder, Komuxio, spoke of “walking ones with bodies of steel,” strange figures clad in armor, prowling deep among the trees. To them, such “steel walking ones” meant danger: where the Empire moves, destruction follows.
Komuxio, with cautious eyes, turned to me — a “dancing one,” a friend to beasts and wood alike — pleading for help. He feared these strangers were more than passing travelers. He suspected an imperial incursion — supplies, crates, perhaps darker designs. I could not turn away.

🛠️ What I Did (Quest Flow)
1. I accepted the quest from Komuxio.
2. I spoke with residents of Little Solace and the nearby Hawthorne Hut — folk like Pelixia, Nathaxio, Monne and Victor — gathering scattered rumors of “armor‑clad men carrying heavy boxes.”
3. Back to Komuxio, I received a map — a mark deep within the forest where these “steel walking ones” are suspected to hide.
4. I ventured to the marked spot, found a suspicious stack of boxes, and was ambushed. Imperial soldiers of the 3rd Cohort — Signifer, Eques, Secutor, Laquearius — rose from the shadows. With bow and blade, I fended them off.
5. Inside the crates, I discovered a Quartermaster’s Log — a ledger of imperial supplies. The log revealed that these crates were destined for unknown recipients, possibly betraying the forest folk’s trust.
6. I returned the log to Komuxio. The dread in his eyes said it all: this was no simple supply run — this was the harbinger of deeper trouble.

🏆 Rewards & Aftermath
I gained *7,200 XP* and **1,109 gil**.
Also offered as optional reward: *Hi‑Potion ×3* or *Ether ×3* — useful for any adventurer.
But more than coins or potions, I gained trust — trust of a woodland folk who feared steel and shadow. Trust that a wandering bard might yet defend their home.
Komuxio now looks at the forest with wary hope. He whispers to his kin that there might be a traitor among them — someone perhaps guiding the enemy’s steps. And I? I stay vigilant. My bow is nocked, my ears pricked to every rustle. The forest may be still for now — but peace is fragile.

🎬 My Render & Why Watch
– Recorded in *HD 1440p, 60 fps* — so you’ll see every leaf trembling in the East Shroud, every shaft of aether light through the canopy.
– Watch me, K’nekotein Khpein as Edward, draw the Artemis Bow Nexus, hear the twang of string, smell the damp bark, and feel the forest’s weight as I walk it alone.
– This isn’t just combat. It’s a story: loyalty, fear, betrayal — and the quiet bravery of a lone bard standing between innocence and steel.
