We’ve completed our second eSAIL® installation with Amasus Shipping, this time on board the general cargo vessel Fluvius Tavy.

During a scheduled stop at Astander Shipyard in Santander, a single 22-metre eSAIL® was installed in a streamlined, plug-and-play process. It is the largest suction sail ever fitted to a general cargo vessel.

This installation builds on the successful project previously completed on Amasus’ Eems Traveller and reflects growing confidence in our suction sails as a practical and scalable decarbonisation solution for short-sea shipping.

All preparatory and installation work was carried out within the vessel’s planned maintenance window, with the fully pre-commissioned unit lifted into place efficiently and without disruption to operations.
