In this series we take a deep dive into each entry in the Tales series.

Today we look at arguably the most elusive of the 3 unlocalized main series Tales games, Tales of Rebirth. With Destiny 2 well received, Team Destiny would attempt to capitalized on their success to produce another 2D Tales game for the PS2. However, this time they would twist up the usual 2D formular to create a game unlike any other in the series. Can Team Destiny keep the 2D formular relevant in the face of Tales of Symphonia?
