Continuous 12-Lead Electrocardiogram During Vertebral Vein Stimulation for Induction of PVCs

Описание к видео Continuous 12-Lead Electrocardiogram During Vertebral Vein Stimulation for Induction of PVCs

Intravascular sympathetic nerve stimulation can be performed at the time of premature ventricular complex (PVC) ablation to induce PVCs. Baseline continuous 12-lead electrocardiogram (25 mm/s) prior to vertebral vein stimulation demonstrates no PVCs are seen during the 10-minute period. Stimulation is then initiated and output gradually increased until PVCs are seen. After termination of stimulation following approximately 2 minutes of stimulation, PVCs continue, allowing for activation mapping.
