This Kriya was originally taught on May 14 1997. Wonderful kriya that uses the energy of the breath, mantra and meditative stillness to give you the ability to let your true light of Self shine.

The mantra for the second part of the kriya are
Har Singh Nar Singh Neel Narayan. Guru Sikh Guru Singh Har Har Gayan. Wahe Guru Wahe Guru Har Har Dhiayan. Sakhat Nindak Dusht Mathayan.

Translation: God the Protector takes care of the universe. Those who live in God consciousness and power chant Har Har. Meditate on Wahe Guru and live in that ecstasy. Those who vibrate the name of God and relation to God all Karmas are cleared.

The mantra for the third part is
Ong Nam Guru Dev Namo
