Описание к видео Webinar on technical issues related to DCAT-AP 3.0.0 and DCAT-AP HVD | 21 November 2023

The DCAT Application Profile for data portals in Europe (DCAT-AP) is a specification based on the Data Catalogue Vocabulary (DCAT) developed by W3C. This application profile is a specification for metadata records to meet the specific application needs of data portals in Europe while providing semantic interoperability with other applications on the basis of reuse of established controlled vocabularies (e.g. EuroVoc) and mappings to existing metadata vocabularies (e.g. Dublin Core, SDMX, INSPIRE metadata, etc.).

During two webinars we responded to the inquiries and feedback received subsequent to the publication of DCAT-AP 3.0.0 and DCAT-AP for High-Value Datasets (HVD) and the ensuing public review. The second webinar focused on the technical issues related to DCAT-AP 3.0.0 and DCAT- AP HVD.

In specific the following topics are covered during the webinar:
• Cross concerns issues
o Guidelines for building DCAT-AP profiles;
o Guidelines for profiling themes and other properties to enhance the readability and the interoperability of profiles.
• Detailed issues
o ContactPoint, AgentTypes;
o Change Type property;
o Cardinality conformsTo CatalogueRecord;
