Operating Engineers 324 know the value of pre-apprenticeship programs and how they help future skilled tradespeople prepare for their career in a registered apprenticeship program like the one we offer. Because of that, #OE324 has partnered with Vision For Prosperity, a pre-apprenticeship program in Kalamazoo County, to help these students for their future.

Vision for Prosperity is an apprenticeship readiness training program developed with support from the building trades to help Kalamazoo County residents qualify for training and employment opportunities in the construction industry.

Training includes 315 hours of blueprint reading, construction math, health and safety, first aid/CPR, building trades and labor history, field trips to apprenticeship programs and an externship at a local construction site.
