You’ll receive 24 pink, square silicone baking molds. Each square measures 2.25” x 2.25” and is 0.75” deep (be aware measurements in the description are in centimeters). Inside each cup are the words 100% Hand Made over 3 lines, which will be imprinted on whatever you make like soap, bath bombs, or baked goods. I used these to make individual serving brownies which we brought to the beach and were a hit (recipe below). The 24 cups will fit on a standard sized cookie sheet and they do not need to be greased when used for baking. The cups are oven safe to 475 degrees Fahrenheit, per the box. The brownies came out moist and cakey, and release easily from the molds after a few minutes of cooling. These molds won't allow you to get a crunchy edge. In baked goods, you can’t really read the text too well because of the nooks and crannies, but these are a nice size for individual serving baked goods. A bit big for chocolate bars, though a nice size for fudge. If using for non-culinary purposes, like soap making, it’s recommended that you use them exclusively for that purpose and not cook with them afterwards.

Beet Chocolate Brownies (makes 15 bars):
1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
1 cup of white sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 – 2 cups of pureed cooked beets (2-3 medium sized beets)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup of white chocolate morsels (optional)

Add each ingredient to a large bowl, in order, and stir after each addition. After all ingredients are added to the bowl, mix well but don’t over beat. Fill each mold nearly to the top. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. After cooling for several minutes, remove the brownie promptly from the mold to avoid condensation.
