Cannabis Conversations: Investigating Medicinal Uses of Cannabis

Описание к видео Cannabis Conversations: Investigating Medicinal Uses of Cannabis

Cannabis is legal for medicinal use in 38 states, yet it is still unclear how effective cannabis is in treating the wide range of physical and mental health conditions people are using it for. Join Dr. Staci Gruber, director of the Cognitive and Clinical Neuroimaging Core (CCNC) and the Marijuana Investigations for Neuroscientific Discovery (MIND) program at McLean Hospital, to learn about her research with people using medical cannabis for anxiety, chronic pain, and other conditions and discuss new opportunities for medical research on cannabis based on these findings.

This is the second in a series of three "Cannabis Conversations" exploring cannabis science and policy. To watch NOVA "The Cannabis Question," visit https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/video/t...
