I am sorry this is the cleanest circuit that I can give.
Equations are aligned to the 7-segment pin configuration here.
A = X'Z'+XY+W'Y+WZ'+WX'Y'+W'XZ
B = W'X'+X'Z'+W'Y'Z'+W'YZ+WY'Z
G = C = WX'+YZ'+WZ+X'Y+W'XY'
F = D = WX'+WY+Y'Z'+XZ'+W'XY'
C = E = W'X+WX'+X'Y'+Z(Y'+X')
D = F =XYZ'+XY'Z+WY'Z'+X'YZ+W'X'Z'
E = G = YZ'+WX+WY+WZ'+X'Z'

This can be further reduce to 15 ICs which can fit into 2 breadboards with out the dip switch.
