Working with a Builder in Jamaica - The Buyer's perspective

It was a pleasure working with Ricky (Builder) and Courtney-Ann Wallace from Century 21 to get this property into the hands of its new owners.

I understand that there’s often a lot of fear when working with builders in Jamaica, which is why I used this interview to show that great things can happen when you collaborate with a strong team of builders, realtors, attorneys, and more to make your dreams a reality. As I mentioned in my previous presentation, building the right team is crucial.
