In Issue Management Module, you will find three menus:

Issue Parameters

First, Let us learn how to set issue parameters.

In issue parameters, you will find four categories of issues:

Low
Moderate
High
Severe

Master Sponsor has the option to set issue parameters according to the organizations issue management policy.

Baseline PMO software is very intelligent ! It will automatically notify the sponsors if a registered issue score is in “Severe” stage. Project Sponsor will get notification through notification bar and through emails

How to Add or Register an Issue:

Navigate to Issue Management Module then Click on “Add Issue”. It will load an Issue register form.

You need to select the project, task and write the issue Title, issue description into the relevant field.

You can select the impact score from drop down. You can also put the issue’s primary response plan and secondary response plan and “SAVE” it.

A task will be automatically be added to the Issue Owner Kanban board for Issue owner action.

Issue List

You can view issue list by selecting the relevant project from the drop down.
