Paneer Pocket Paratha - 4 pm Snack Recipe No. 1
Ingredients
Carrot/Gajar - 1 small grated (optional)
Onion/Pyaz - 1 small finely chopped
Cottage Cheese/Paneer - 1/2 cup grated
Cheese - grated as required
Red chili flakes - to taste
Mixed herbs or oregano - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste
Salt - to taste
Wheat flour dough - ready to make 1 to 2 paratha
Clarified butter/Ghee - as required
Instructions
1.In a bowl, take the grated carrot, finely chopped onion, grated paneer and cheese. Then, put the red chili flakes, mixed herbs, chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix well.
2.Take a wheat flour dough, roll to make a roti and keep it aside. Make another roti. Place the mixture on it. Place the other roti over it.
3.Take a fork and press from the sides. Seal the paratha. Place the paratha on the pan, roast from one side. Flip and apply ghee on it.
4.Flip again, apply ghee and press from all the sides and roast from both the sides. Cut it in four pieces and serve.
5.The Paneer Pocket Paratha is ready to be served.
