ABOUT DAKSHANA FOUNDATION

Dakshana helps bright and impoverished students predominantly from rural India to prepare for IIT and medical entrance exams.Dakshana focuses on poverty alleviation through education. Dakshana alleviates poverty by identifying brilliant but impoverished teenagers and providing intensive coaching for 1-2 years for the IIT and medical entrance exams.

JDST-JNV: For students currently in Class 12 (Science) at a Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in every district in India. Students receive invitations for the entrance test based on their performance at Class 12 internal exams. These results come directly from the JNV through the NVS Regional Office.

JDST-Non-JNV: For students of all boards and all government school systems excluding the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas.
