Stewed prunes taste terrific and provide fiber and nutrition for a healthy diet. I eat plenty of prunes and I feel…okay. Dried prunes are a nice treat right out of the bag, but stewed prunes are almost like a dessert topping and I enjoy them regularly on cereal and oatmeal.
