This Keystone Comedy by producer Mack Sennett has Charles Parrott (AKA Charley Chase) as a down-on-his-luck accordion player who has no money for food or his rent. When the landlady (Billie Bennett) comes knocking he has to get out of his apartment quickly. Trying to steal an apple, he quickly angers strong-man neighbor Fritz Schade as well as a fruit vendor. Before long the Keystone Kops are called to break up the melee.
