Minute 1️⃣:
Complete 10 Hammer Curls & 10 Plank Rowsfor as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 1 minute.

Minute 2️⃣:
Complete 10 Punches & 10 Skaters for as many rounds as possible in 1 minute.

Stick to 2 minutes for a little brain break or stack the rounds for a full 15-20 minute workout!
