Bose Companion 2 III this time against much bigger Edifier R1280T. Both speakers compete in the same 100dollar/euro price bracket. Edifier, for me, is better, more balanced speaker with good bass response, more natural (if a bit flat and hollow) midrange and nice high end. Bose, again, is all midrange (clear but a bit honky and forward, better suited for acoustic music than Edifier), with no high end and decent bass. Edifier is better value IMO. What do You think?
