Welcome to my YouTube channel, where I hope you will be able to learn more about health, happiness, life and business.

My life has been quite the journey, and I’m constantly grateful for the opportunities and experiences that have come my way. One thing that I’ve learned along the way is that it is very important to be accountable for your own health and wellbeing.

It has become my mission to help others by sharing what I’ve learned, and demonstrating how to make positive, long lasting changes. Health is a unique and personal experience, and so I am very passionate about helping others to define their own version of ‘Perfect Health’.

Throughout my journey, the link between everything I’ve undertaken is BEHAVIOUR. Understanding how we behave is the single biggest key to managing health, wellness, career, family and developing relationships.

Over 20 years ago, I became interested in a popular personality profiling model known as DISC. My expertise has grown, and I believe I am the only person to use DISC in unique ways to guide business owners in how to improve results in their personal life as well as within their teams and across their business, even extending to clients and suppliers.
