Though it's typically not an issue for Western audiences, showing people's faces in JP is frowned upon, if not illegal. In this case, however, the event staff have put up plenty of notices regarding the filming (e.g. the white signboard you see following behind Vodka and MOTHER in this clip), so people shown in the clip, or the stream itself, are considered to have given their permission to be shown in videos.

Secondly, I haven't seen any indication yet that clips of the streamed event are not allowed. If anyone has information indicating otherwise, feel free to let me know.
