Central Crime Station, Hyderabad Arrested the most wanted offender based of Ghaziabad, UP involved in fradulent investment schemes in cr.no: 161/2023 u/s 406, 420 r/w 34 IPC and sec 4 & 5 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (banning) Act, 1978
On the complaint of Sri Mohammad Rizwan, Hyderabad a case was registered against Bobby Chowdary @ Ijaz Ahmed, S/o Mohd. Ilyas, aged 36 yrs, occ: Director of Mayzone E-Mart (Opc) Pvt. Ltd, Delhi office Address K.P. Tower, Radisson Business Complex, Koshambi, Ghaziabad, UP. The accused is running fraudulent investment schemes through his business in the name of Mayzone E-Mart (Opc) Pvt. Ltd, the accused conducted motivational Seminars at Hyderabad in the month of March, 2022, wherein he has come up with two schemes viz. 1) Super Market and 2) ID scheme. The first scheme i.e. Super Market, wherein the franchisor has to invest an amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- for which the management will give benefit of Rs. 1,20,000/- p.m for 40 months and 4% commission on entire sale amount. In ID scheme the investor should invest an amount of Rs. 12,000/- per ID and the ID holder will get Rs. 1000/- p.m. for 38 months and also get 35% discount on purchase in Super Market. Believing the version of the accused about 200 victims have invested an amount of Rs. 2 Crores from Hyderabad. The accused opened his branches at Hyderabad, Ghaziabad, Merut, Muzafarnagar, Jaipur and Dehradun and collected altogether more than Rs. 12 Crores.
A special team of CCS, DD, Hyderabad under the leadership of Sri. G. Balaraju, SI of Police, CCS, DD, Hyd., proceeded to Ghaziabad and apprehended the accused Bobby Chowdary @ Ijaz Ahmed on 3-7-2023 duly producing before the local court and brought to Hyderabad on transit warrant on 6-7-2023.
The accused Bobby Choudary @ Ijaz Ahmed also involved in other 3 Criminal Cases viz.1) Cr.No. 89/2016 U/s 420,467,468,471,506,406 IPC & Sec. 66 IT Act of Kavinagar PS, Ghaziabad, UP 2) Cr.No. 43/2023 U/s 306,406 IPC of Secunderabad PS, Bulandshahar Dist and 3) Cr.No. 307/2015 of Merut PS, UP.

Jayapal Reddy, Asst. Commissioner of Police CCS, DD, Hyd., with the guidance of Sri. N. Mahender, Addl. DCP, EOW, CCS, DD, Hyderabad.
