In this video I share some clever and smart storage ideas. As I take you along with me on the daily routine I will also share quick veg recipes that are easy yet interesting to make.

Veg Kofta Recipe
To make koftas grate some zucchini and add salt to it. After a couple of minutes it will release water, remove excess water content. To this add gram flour (besan), salt, red chilli powder, ajwain/carrom seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix this and deep fry it on medium to low heat. Make sure it cooks thoroughly from the inside as well.

For the gravy base - roughly chop and grind tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic. To this puree add the water released from Zucchini, spices like salt, a touch of turmeric, jeera powder and Paneer masala. Add the kofta balls to the gravy and garnish with coriander and paneer. Keep the consistency as per your choice.
