विधानसभा में तीसरे दिन बुधवार को सपा विधायक रागिनी सोनकर ने बिजली मंत्री अरविंद शर्मा से सदन में बिजली और ट्रांसफॉर्मर के मुद्दे पर कई गंभीर सवाल पूछे साथ ही उनके गुजरात में अधिकारी रहने के दौरान काम को लेकर कई तंज भी किए.
