New Jersey Motorsports Park (lightning) Assetto Corsa Mod Track (Review)

Welcome to my review of the New Jersey Motorsports Park Lightning mod track for Assetto Corsa. I'm a little late to the party with this mod, and NJMP in general. But as others have dubtless found, this track is a real gem, and is, in my opinion at least one of the best mod tracks available for Assetto Corsa.

When I first stumbled across Lilski's NJMP mod I took one look at the rather simplistic track layout and the flat, grassy surroundings and, if I'm honest, thought it looked a bit dull. I was very wrong. The real track and the Assetto Corsa Mod, made by Lilski, is a real wolf in sheeps clothing. A fast flowing race track with a lot to offer to sim racers.

New Jersey Motorsports Park may not be much to look at - in fact, the lightning circuit is pretty much a road in a field. But what it lacks in structures, and trackside paraphernalia, it makes up for with a great, challenging track layout and fantastic close racing. As you would expect, given the source, the New Jersey Motorsports Park Assetto Corsa mod very much lives up to the real thing.
