Because of weekend construction work on the Rockaway Line, there was no train service between Rockaway Boulevard and the Rockaways. A shuttle train service operated between Rockaway Park and Far Rockaway, using the connection between the two branches at Hammels Wye. One of the trains that ended up on the Rockaway side was a consist of R32s. The R32 cars have a passenger-accessible front window, which allows a view of the tracks ahead. Enjoy!
