How I deal with Tall Poppy Syndrome | racism, workplace discrimination, envious friends

Hey everyone! Today I'm back with another video on how I dealt with Tall Poppy Syndrome, as a Thai woman in Australia. As somebody who grew up here, I've always loved the country and the community in general. But there have been a few instances where I've experienced the classic racism, workplace discrimination and alot of gate-keeping for many times that I tried to better myself.

I find that this crab-bucket mentality is not just something that exists in Australia, but in everywhere in society. So while you may think that you are never enough because you cannot receive that promotion, you cannot secure that job position, you don't receive much support when starting your business, or people gate-keep information from you, yet still extract the most out of your labour - then this is where this video comes in.

This video will help you navigate through all the obstacles that you may potentially go through, once you start to think independently and go for the EXACT goals that you want in life - which will honestly piss alot of people off. Just like the book "48 Law of Power" by Robert Greene, most people do not want to be outshined - but by you CHOOSING to upgrade your life and not settle for less - that action in itself already outshine others.

But with self belief, confidence and a strong self esteem - you can protect your inner peace and always feel reassured with the decisions that you make for your career, your life, and even your day to day habits, regardless of what people say about you. So I hope you enjoy this video!
