Soft Homemade Hot Dog Buns

Super soft homemade hot dog buns are for dinner today at Deep South Texas. Ingredients:
3 cups bread flour, 512 grams
6 oz water, 180 grams. Warm to the touch
4 oz whole milk, 128 grams. Room temperature
1 tablespoon Instant Yeast, 10 grams
1/8 cup sugar, 28 grams
1 teaspoon Kosher salt, 6 grams
1/3 cup Olive Oil, 70 grams

Make 12 , 5 inch buns
Bake in 375 F preheated oven for 20 minute's
