List of paints and equipment I used:

White undercoat spray from Games Workshop
Game Color – Gunmetal
White and Black craft paint, any brand, to make a grey.
Citadel Base Colour – Rakarth Flesh
Game Colour – Bestiary Brown
The Army Painter Warpaints – Matt White
Citadel Shade – Nuln Oil
Citadel Colour – an old Aquamarie, but I can’t remember the name (the pot lid broke so I transferred the paint to an empty pot)
Citadel Layer Colour – Ushabti Bone
Citadel Shade – Agrax Earthshade
Game Color – Electric Blue
Citadel Shade – Drakenhof Nightshade
The Army Painter – Anti-Shine Varnish Spray

Extra steps if you wish – reapply the drybrush to the stone work, add flock to the edges of the base to represent moss. You could also put the model on a larger round base if desired.
