Q.1) How to add a comment in excel
Ans: Steps:
1) Open the workbook
2) place the cursor where you want the comment.
3) Click on the review tab
4) Select "new comment " option under comments group.
5) Type the comment.

Q.2) How to edit a comment in excel
Ans: Steps:
1) Open the workbook
2) Place the cursor where you want to edit the comment.
3) Click on the review tab.
4) Select "Edit comment " option under the changes group.
5) Edit the comment as per your requirements.

Q.3)How to format the comment.
Ans: Steps:
1) Open the work book
2) Place the cursor where you want to format.
3) Click on the "Edit comment "option under changes group.
4) Right click on the comment box.
5) Select "Format comment" option
6) Format the comment as per your requirements.(like font,font size,font style,font colour).
