Ingredients
3 boiled large russet potatoes
-3 boiled eggs
-2 cups Persian pickles
-1 can of peas
-1 cooked chicken breast
-1 cup mayo
-2 cup strained or Greek yogurt
-3/4 cup fresh lime juice (or to taste)
-3/4 cup pickle juice
-1/2 cup olive oil
-pepper to taste
-1/2 Tbsp seasoning spice (optional)
-Pepper to taste (optional)


Instructions:

1. Cut potatoes, egg whites, chicken breast and pickles and add to a large mixing bowl.
2. Add peas to mixing bowl and mix well.
3. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine yogurt, mayo, lime juice, olive oil, seasoning spice, pickle juice, and pepper
4. Add dressing to to your mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
