Maintain your Chaturanga Dandasana Position and your entire body from head to feet in one continuous, unbroken Danda, staff. Each jump has 3 phases an anticipatory crouch, a spring into the air, and a landing. Perform each phase with your elbows fully bent-- before jumping, while in the air and landing. Through each phase make your thighs, pelvis, and belly extra firm work to feel strength and power emanating from your center especially when launching and landing. Focus on jump forward and back more than up.
