1 5 oz can of Tuna
1 egg white
1 egg yoke
2 Tbsp flour

Note: You have to drain your can of tuna before baking!

In a bowl mix tuna, and the egg white. Then mix in the flour and add the egg yoke & mix till combined. Cut out and line a mini cupcake pan with parchment paper. Fill your tin half way full of batter and bake at 350 for 8 to 10 mins. Cupcakes are done when a toothpick comes out clean.
