7 things I learned about home automation when I sold my house

Selling a house can be a stressful and huge decision. And home automation can be a fun, but expensive, hobby. In this video I talk about how these two worlds collide when selling a home, and my personal experience and learnings from selling a home where I'd invested considerable time and money into my home automation system. I talk about some things that worked well, some things that didn't, but most importantly overall learnings that really showed me how my expectations and reality weren't going to meet.

My hope with this video is that if you're into home automation, and think you'll have to move or sell at some point, that you'll be a bit more informed and realistic than I was :)
