Great stuff!
I wear waterproof mascara only, while swimming. I use Cerave everything, so wanted to give this a try. It really works. I applied some to a cotton ball and let it sit on my waterproof mascara for 1 minute & it came right off. I accidentally got some in my eye & no sting or irritation at all. It also isn't oily what so ever & you can reapply your makeup immediately after using this. Great stuff!
