This is my best jumpshot fix to yet in my opinion. I've been doing this for 2 years now and SGA is by far the hardest jumpshot to recreate in 2K. I think I perfected it. If you don think it's perfect then this is as close as you can get in 2K! I know I've been gone a while (nothing new) but I just moved from Boston to Florida this week so I've been extremely busy in my personal life as we all are these days. But enough of that, lets dive into why SGA's shot is so hard to recreate in 2k. The first thing ill start with is the height of his release, 2K is very limited when it comes to low release jumpshots like Shai's, LaMelo's, Haliburton's, etc. so it's hard to find 2 of those releases that blend well together. The next thing I was looking to emulate was his elbow on the release and how its fully extended. Then having the release be more towards the right side of his face and lastly a base without a lot of lift. I've spent the last 6 hours trying to perfect this Shai Gilgeous-Alexander fix and it was well worth it. I've also been doing a lot of research on NBA stats to determine what players attributes and what badges players get at what levels based on real life advanced stats. I used to just base the tendencies, attributes, and badges on what i know about the player and what I seen in highlights but now I am determined to make these fixes as accurate to their real life counterparts as 2K allows.
