RAISING GABDHO FOUNDATION (RGF).

This Video is about Raising Gabdho Foundation (RGF) a social enterprise which aims to accelerate clean, accessible and sustainable energy up take for vulnerable communities through innovations for products, approaches to behavioural change and benchmarking good practices. We provide charcoal briquettes, energy-saving cookstoves, LPG and cooking baskets. We also offer capacity building targeting women, youths and refugees.
RGF has worked with 156 youths and 450 women from (mostly vulnerable urban communities including urban refugees) to access income and directly employed 18 people in its activities. We have a cumulative impact of 2,076 tonnes of briquettes sold equivalent to 41,536 trees saved
