Increase in Enhanced CPF Housing Grant, shorter wait for more BTO projects | National Day Rally 2024

Singapore’s Enhanced CPF Housing Grant will be increased, especially for the lower-income groups, to help couples get their first homes, said Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong in his National Day Rally 2024 speech on Aug 18. He also said that more BTO projects will see shorter waiting times of less than three years.
