In his keynote address at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr spoke about rules-based order in the West Philippine Sea, also known as the South China Sea. He said the Philippines will do "whatever it takes" to protect its sovereignty. CNA's Leong Wai Kit also spoke with Jonathan Miller, a senior fellow and director of foreign affairs, national defence and national security at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute, who shared more on China-Philippines relations.
