The Hub for AI in Maternal, Sexual & Reproductive Health (HASH) is an African research hub and network for Artificial Intelligence in Maternal, Sexual, and Reproductive Health (MSRH) across Sub-Saharan Africa. Based in Uganda, HASH operates under the Academy for Health Innovations at the Infectious Diseases Institute.

In Phase I, HASH funded ten innovators for the research and development of novel AI tools aimed at improving MSRH. Our subgrantees benefit from ongoing capacity building and mentorship. This video showcases the work done by Pan African Information Communication Technology Association (PAICTA). The team harnessed Artificial Intelligence to identify teenage patients at risk of gestational hypertension
