Crazy About Citrus | Ep04 Boukhobza Blood Orange Tasting

As a citrus collector, blood oranges are perhaps the most interesting to me. Along with many other citrus varieties, 'Boukhobza' is one that can be obtained as budwood from the Citrus Clonal Protection Program (as part of the University of California, Riverside Citrus Variety Collection.

The obtained budwood was (bud) grafted in March 2018. Roughly 4 years later, we have Boukhobza blood oranges to try!

Correction: The Boukhobza was received into the Citrus Variety Collection in 2006 (not 2016.)
