I added the OEM cruise control to my 2012 Gen 3 Focus SE. This base model car did not come with cruise control. You need the steering wheel, and cruise control buttons from a car that came with factory cruise control (common at junkyards) . No clock spring needed. You then can program the IPC and BdyCM modules via Forscan and a windows PC. You will need the special adapter (like $25 on ebay/amazon).
