Codex HACCP has now been updated with a 2020 version. While the structure of the General Principles of Food Hygiene CXC 1-1969 is similar, there also have been significant changes. These include changes to the Principles of HACCP as well as the implementation guidance. If you are HACCP certified, staying up to date will be essential.
