Good day everyone. In this tutorial, I will show you on how to make this juicy and no fail, no fall kebab koobideh. This is always in our menu and stays as one of our favorites all year through.

Ingredients:

. 6 medium size onions or about 300 grams onion pulp.
(Grated and juice separated)
.1 kilo chilled minced lamb with about 20-30 percent fat
.1 teaspoon black pepper powder
.1 teaspoon baking soda (optional)
.2 1/2 teaspoons salt
.1/8 teaspoon chilli powder
For sides:
.tomatoes
.Capsicum (optional)
.Sumac

This kebab koobideh can be served with bread or rice. Serve with salads and Persian greens and sumac
