A brief update on how my pregnancy is going now that I'm half way along!! I mention lots of positives - energy, pacing myself, nutrition, anatomy scan and how the excitement is building in the family. Thankfully there are very few negatives to report at the moment 😍

About me:
Hi I’m Fiona! I am from Ireland, living in the heart of the Irish countryside with my husband, 3 children, dog, cat and 4 hens :-) I started this channel over 4 years ago as a way to document our family life and share tips about yoga, birth, breastfeeding and mothering. I have three children, all born at home, I breastfed/am breastfeeding and I practice many other elements of attachment parenting too. My third baby was born under a tree in our back garden - a most amazing garden birth - check out the birth video!!
