Highlights include a large-scale media façade by Laurent Grasso, immersive installations by d’strict, and a laser piece by Aka Chang beneath the bridge—bringing cosmic data, history, and cutting-edge visuals into one nightscape.

🚔🚨 To fly a drone legally in Korea, you must first register your drone with the Korea Office of Civil Aviation (KOCA), even if it’s under 250g.

Also, you need to apply for flight permission in advance for each location through the official UOM (UAS Operation Management) system. Most areas in Seoul are restricted or controlled airspace, and flying without permission can lead to a fine of at least 1.6 million KRW (~$1,200 USD).

Historic sites like Gyeongbokgung or national parks are extremely difficult to get approval for, and flying without permission in those places is strictly prohibited.
